Jared J. Pace practices in the Real Estate and Business Transactions Section of the Firm. He represents a variety of clients, from the inexperienced individual to the sophisticated developer, business, and lender in commercial real estate, business, construction, and financial transactions. Mr. Pace’s experience includes negotiating, drafting, and reviewing commercial real estate and business transactions and documentation for multi-million-dollar developments, loans, sales, acquisitions, and leases.

Prior to joining the Firm, his experience included handling real estate closings and writing title insurance as a licensed title and escrow agent. Additionally, prior to law school, Mr. Pace studied geographic information systems and urban planning and worked in the planning and development departments of various municipalities.
