Tonya Russell joined Abernathy, Roeder, Boyd & Joplin, P.C., in June of 1998.

Tonya supports the attorneys in the Real Estate Practice Section.

She continues her education by attending numerous Texas State Bar Professional Development Programs and Texas State Bar Seminars. Tonya began her career as a legal assistant in 1975 and is a Charter Member of the State Bar of Texas Legal Assistants Division since 1982. Prior to joining Abernathy, Roeder, Boyd & Joplin, P.C., Tonya had twenty nine years of legal experience and worked for firms in Collin and Grayson Counties in the areas of real estate, probate, personal injury, civil litigation, bankruptcy and family law.
