Jared J. Pace practices in the Real Estate and Business Transactions Section of the Firm. He has represented a variety of clients, from the individual to the sophisticated developer, business, and lender in a large assortment of commercial real estate, business, construction, and financial transactions. Mr. Pace’s experience includes negotiating, drafting, and reviewing commercial real estate and business transactions and documentation for multi-million-dollar developments, loans, sales, acquisitions, and leases.

Mr. Pace has long focused on his principal areas of practice. Before joining the Firm, he gained valuable experience practicing commercial real estate and business law in Utah with Robinson, Seiler & Anderson, LC and handling real estate closings and writing title insurance as a licensed title and escrow agent. Prior to law school, Mr. Pace studied geographic information systems and urban planning and worked in the planning departments of various municipalities.
