Debbie Boyd joined Abernathy, Roeder, Boyd & Joplin, P.C., in 1987. Prior to this date, she had been employed by Joe Joplin for seven years before he merged his practice with Abernathy, Roeder, Boyd & Joplin, P.C.

Debbie supports the attorneys in the Real Estate Practice Section.

She has over thirty years of law firm real estate experience. Debbie is also a licensed Texas real estate agent. In 1995, she became one of the first legal assistants certified with the Board of Legal Specialization in the area of real estate. She is past Vice Chairperson and has served six years on the Legal Assistants Committee for theTexas Board of Legal Specialization in the field of real estate. Debbie is also a member of the State Bar of Texas Legal Assistants Division.
