Mr. Wells, an associate of the Firm, practices in the Litigation Section. He has experience handling a wide range of complex business and commercial disputes, including partnership disputes, employment matters, shareholder disputes, bankruptcy adversary proceedings, contract disputes, and other matters involving business torts, before both state and federal courts.
