Jared J. Pace practices in the Real Estate and Business Transactions Section of the Firm. He has represented a variety of clients, from the inexperienced individual, to the sophisticated developer, business, and lender in a large assortment of commercial real estate, business, construction, and financial transactions. Mr. Pace's experience includes negotiating, drafting, and reviewing commercial real estate and business transactions and documentation for multi-million-dollar real estate and business sales, acquisitions, loans, leases and developments.

Mr. Pace has also gained significant experience outside of the practice of law.  He has experience handling real estate closings and writing title insurance as a licensed title and escrow agent. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Pace studied geographic information systems (GIS) and urban planning and worked in the planning departments of various municipalities.
